SIS PROJECT TEAM
Elizabeth Morgan
Implementation Director
Elizabeth oversees the operations and implementation of the Student Information System project, providing day-to-day direction.
Jairo Ospina
Project Manager
Jairo has returned to TCCS as the PM for the project. He will oversee project schedules, work streams, risks, and assist with transition readiness activities, among other duties.
Kiara Canjura
Project Administrator
Kiara provides organizational coordination for the project, including meeting scheduling, record keeping, website maintenance, and other administrative efforts.
Jacob Piazza
Programmer/Analyst
Jacob will support 5C functional teams with configuration, data conversion, business processes, and technical tasks.
Jackie Lo
Programmer/Analyst
Jackie will support 5C functional teams with configuration, data conversion, business processes, and technical tasks.
Josh Hall
User Support Specialist
Josh will support testing and training activities for the project.

Bob is providing leadership on the project’s data conversion and validation efforts.
