Anthology must update their SB70 reports to align with the new guidelines released on September 15 by the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC). To support this work, Angel Neely from Anthology reporting team has reviewed the updated requirements and compared them with the current configuration of the SB70 reports in Anthology Student (AS).
In late September, Angel provided each college’s SB70 SMEs questions to ensure the revised reports will meet the new guidelines. Responses are due from the colleges by Friday, October 10.
Next, Angel will provide the SMEs their revised SB70 reports by October 27 for review. The TCCS team will schedule meetings for each college with Angel to discuss the new reports and any discrepancies the week of November 3.
New School Defined Fields: The SB70 reports need to identify students who are parents of dependent children and students who were in foster care between the ages of 13-18. The TCCS team has configured two new Yes/No SDFs on the student object to track these variables. 5C SB70 SMEs should confirm or correct this configuration by October 17.
