SIS Executive Committee
Reporting to the Project Owner, the Executive Committee (SIS-EC) has high-level oversight of the project implementation, including budget, timeline, project team structures, resources, and transition readiness strategies. The SIS-EC addresses key issues, resolves disputes, and refers recommendations to the Council of Presidents when appropriate.

5C Project Team Members
5C Project team members are SIS subject matter experts in functional offices at the colleges. They work in partnership with the SIS Project Team to make decisions on business processes, configuration, and technical matters. They include staff members from Student Accounts, Registrar, Information Technology, Institutional Research, Admissions, Financial Aid, and other offices that rely on the SIS for day-to-day operations.

SIS PROJECT TEAM
SIS PROJECT TEAM
The SIS Project Team is housed at TCCS and leads day-to-day aspects of the SIS implementation in partnership with the SIS vendor, leadership committees, and project stakeholders. This team manages project activities, budgets, interdependencies, communications, and issue resolution, reporting directly to the SIS Project Owner.
Elizabeth Morgan
Implementation Director
Elizabeth oversees the operations and implementation of the Student Information System project, providing day-to-day direction.
Jairo Ospina
Project Manager
Jairo has returned to TCCS as the PM for the project. He will oversee project schedules, work streams, risks, and assist with transition readiness activities, among other duties.
Kiara Canjura
Project Administrator
Kiara provides organizational coordination for the project, including meeting scheduling, record keeping, website maintenance, and other administrative efforts.
Brad McCauley
SIS Integrations and System Administrator
Brad will help solidify SIS integration efforts and will manage user accounts and permissions for Anthology Student.
Cory Brown

Programmer/Analyst
Jackie will support 5C functional teams with configuration, data conversion, business processes, and technical tasks.
