The TCCS team has invited the 5C registrar teams to volunteer to lead practice sessions on processes in Anthology Student this summer and contribute to writing test cases. Volunteers are not expected to have expertise in the processes they select to lead. These sessions are intended to help build confidence and proficiency in the registrars’ day-to-day work in Student. Volunteers can sign up via a list of processes available on Box.
Each volunteer will be paired with a TCCS team member to provide them support. Additionally, Kristi Hays from Anthology has offered one-on-one training to help volunteers gain familiarity and comfort with a process before leading a practice session.
Currently, the registrars are focused on the critical work of supporting students through commencement. The TCCS team will follow up in mid-May to confirm volunteer assignments and schedule sessions.
