Beginning the week of February 3, 2025, the portal group will review and discuss global settings that require agreement from all five colleges, identify control/sample students (if different from the current lists), identify control/sample instructors for portal testing, and will be provided a list of portal test cases to assign to individual testers. Portal testing will be managed through ADO (Azure DevOps) and the Portal Group will provide the Project team with the names of portal testers who need an account and training.

Due to ETL3 activity, the portal configuration tool is currently unavailable and a notification was sent to the Portal Group. As soon as access is restored, another communication will be sent to the group. The deadline for the colleges to complete their initial portal configuration has been extended to Friday, February 7, 2025. 

The next meeting of the Portal Group is scheduled on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
