Integrations
Anthology has made meaningful progress in the development of customizations and integrations. Currently, about 80% of the integrations have been approved for development, and we expect full endorsement for the remainder before the start of winter break. Additionally, we have initiated work on Claremont-owned integrations following a few months of preparation to establish the necessary tools and infrastructure.
Portal Configuration
Individual college meetings with Anthology on the portal configuration process have wrapped up. Portal administrators at each college are currently working through the portal configuration for their colleges. The goal it to have initial portal configuration completed and ready for testing by January 31, 2025.
Security Fixes Presentation
The first presentation on the security fixes that Anthology is developing was held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Raymond Blackwood, Anthology's Vice President of Product Management, reviewed the timeline and confirmed that development is on track. The next security fixes presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Freshservice for the Anthology SIS
We are excited to announce that on Monday, November 18, 2024 we launched Freshservice to enhance our support of the Anthology SIS implementation project. Freshservice is a cloud-based support management platform that provides an efficient helpdesk ticketing system. With it we are also building a searchable knowledge library with job aids, how-to articles, and video tutorials. You may already be familiar with Freshservice since it is in use at most of the colleges and at TCCS for Information Technology Services, Workday, and Campus Safety. With Freshservice, you have new ways to request support for anything related to the SIS implementation: you can send an email to sis.help@claremont.edu or call 909-607-3017 ( or extension 73017). You will still be able to reach us by email, MS Teams, and phone as you have been doing throughout the project.
