Audience: SIS project participants

In this training from the Anthology team, we will learn how to use Tasks under Contact Manager to configure web alert messages to appear on the portal for students to acknowledge. Student alerts can be configured by each college to contain:

• Predefined fields in the message (such as a start date)
• Text (such as a reminder to complete a task before the start date)

Prerequisite: Participants who wish to complete the hands-on portion of the training must be able to access to the Anthology Student Test environment.
