Testing by the registrar teams reached its sixth week, and while progress has been slower than expected, the effort has been productive and enlightening. The registrars are gaining a deeper understanding of the Anthology Student web client and portal. While they have found additional issues for Anthology to address, they have also identified areas that require further decision-making for the 5Cs around new business practices that will become necessary post go-live.
This week included the first joint testing session between the student accounts managers (SAMs) and the registrars held on Thursday, July 24. Although only a few test cases were completed, the collaborative effort proved valuable – fostering new insights and generating important follow-up questions. This session highlighted the need for continued joint testing between the SAMs and registrars. The TCCS team will coordinate additional opportunities for collaboration in the coming weeks.
