Below are the dates for activities related to ETL2. ETLs (Export, Transform, Load) are project phases during which data is Exported from the legacy system, it is then Transformed (or converted) and Loaded it into the new Anthology Student system. Once these steps are completed testing begins.

Project Team testing November 11 December 13 No action for 5C testers. The Project Team will complete configuration and data validation.
ETL2 Kickoff November 18 at 9am November 18 at 10am An MS Teams meeting from 9am to 10am (Pacific Time) with the Anthology team to review ETL2 testing procedures and activities.
Student Accounts testing November 18 November 21 Coordinated completion of test cases for Student Accounts on student control groups, processes, and reports.
Registrar “Testing Hours” November 18 December 13 Coordinated completion of test cases for Registrars (academic records) on student control groups, processes, and reports during daily Testing Hours. Times for Testing Hours to be determined by the 5CRC.
Issue resolution November 18 December 20 Issue resolution begins with the submission of issues and is ongoing through the ETL. Some issues may continue into January.
