The TCCS and Anthology teams continue preparations for end-to-end (E2E) testing which is currently scheduled to begin Monday, March 2 and end on May 1, 2026. Below are the testing activities planned for E2E:
Kickoff Meeting: Monday, March 2 from 9 am to 10 am.
- The invitation will go out on Monday, February 16.
- During this meeting, the Anthology team will share any known issues for E2E and answer questions.
Joint Testing Sessions: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9 am to 11 am from March 3 through April 30, 2026.
- Invitations were sent to testers at the end of January.
- The 5Cs requested that testing be completed in college-specific sessions. When testers join the meeting, they will be moved into breakout rooms by college. The TCCS and Anthology teams will be in the main room to provide support.
- The data effective date for E2E is January 18, 2026.
- ADO test assignments will start going out by early next week.
Issue Resolution: All pending issues will wrap up by Monday, June 1, 2026 to prepare for go-live.
