The Project Team has collaborated with the IT/integration SMEs and project leadership from each college to assemble a new working group for the Anthology Student project. The 5C Integrations Group (5CIG) is a group of 5C IT representatives and TCCS Project Team members working collectively during the Build/Test phase of the SIS implementation with the purpose to:
- Represent the needs of each of the 5Cs to ensure their specific SIS Integration goals are met
- Provide details on the specific requirements and priority of integrations
- Collaborate on and develop Claremont-owned Integrations in alignment with established SIS Project timelines
- Provide guidance, feedback, testing and validation for Anthology-owned integrations in alignment with established SIS Project timelines
- As needed, interact with SMEs, vendors, and other relevant parties to support these efforts
- Support cross-campus colleagues and identify requirements and concerns for escalation to the SIS team
- Centralize lessons learned with the purpose of reducing duplication of effort and aiding in cross-campus collaboration and release management of integrations post go-live
- Create a shared repository of integrations documentation (spec docs, code, testing protocols, etc.) to support future integrations development and maintenance
- Create and maintain data and other integration standards
